Kanye West has a mobile-phone phobia according to newfound friend Justin Bieber. The 16-year-old singer, who worked with West on a remix of his track Runaway Love, said that making arrangements was hard work because of the rapper's refusal to use the phone. He told MTV News, "It's funny, because he doesn't even use a phone, he just sends email. It's so crazy. I'm like, 'How can you not use a phone?'" He added that contrary to popular belief, Kanye is actually a 'nice' guy to be around. "He reproduced the Runaway joint, and I'm really excited. It was amazing," he said.
